Design

Consultation with our Engineering team will result in drawings being produced to facilitate the manufacture of the product. It is part of the totally professional approach to service which sets Accord apart from others.

Any drawing revisions are stored and a software check for the latest revision, when entering your order, eliminates potential error.

The Engineers use the latest CAD and CAM software.
This enables customer's CAD drawings to be imported, or a new drawing created quickly.

Tooling
The tooling is designed on CAD, and the required CNC programs produced in house.
We have our own toolroom to produce tooling and jigs/fixtures - as this eliminates communication time and error, and allows small modifications to be done instantly.

Before we undertake your work we analyse each part on which we quote, to ensure two things:
1) We use the most effective machine for the job
2) We, in consultation, remove or modify unnecessary features - that add to machine time for no reward.
This gives both our customers and ourselves that critical competitive edge.
